Hello I am Michael Thompson, a  Management Consultant, Facilitator and Business Career “Coach” with, 25 plus years experience providing: leadership, business development, coaching, marketing sales development, in corporate America. I have successfully developed and led teams in corporate America. I am by nature and passion a human capital developer, unleashing potential , and building career path.

I was an  Adjunct Professor of Management at Dallas Baptist University 1994-2020; and Northwood University from December 2004-May 2014. I am currently the Managing Principal  in MJT.CSMCC Consultant and Coaching
 

 I served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

 Additionally, I have a past or present affiliations with the: Institute of Management Consultants, National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, National Black MBA Association, ASQC, American, CASA, Dallas County Youth Village
 

I am is a member of Concord Church, and a born-again Christian.
I hold a Bachelor Degree in Management; an MBA, with concentrations in finance and management from Dallas Baptist University. I am certified as: a coach, Disc facilitator, certified  Business Simulation instructor and Facilitator

Some of my clients have been: TXU, Blockbusters, U.T Southwestern Medical School and Baylor Medical  Services.
